Directions:

From the North: Take I35W south to Highway 62 (Crosstown). Follow Highway 62 west to France Avenue. Turn left onto France Avenue. Proceed one block to 65th Street. Turn right onto 65th Street to park in the Skyway Ramp. Turn left onto 65th Street to park in the East Ramp.

From the South: Take I35W north to Highway 62 (Crosstown). Follow Highway 62 west to France Avenue. Turn left onto France Avenue. Proceed one block to 65th Street. Turn right onto 65th Street to park in the Skyway Ramp. Turn left onto 65th Street to park in the East Ramp.

From the East: Take Highway 62 (Crosstown) west to France Avenue. Turn left onto France Avenue. Proceed one block to 65th Street. Turn right onto 65th Street to park in the Skyway Ramp. Turn left onto 65th Street to park in the East Ramp.

From the West: Take I494 east to France Avenue. Turn left onto France Avenue and proceed two miles to 65th Street. Turn left onto 65th Street to park in the Skyway Ramp. Turn right onto 65th Street to park in the East Ramp.

Parking Information:

Fairview Southdale Hospital offers two pay parking ramps on campus:

Skyway Ramp: Located across France Avenue from the hospital and connected via skyway on Level C. This ramp is convenient for the heart clinic, weight loss clinic, surgery patients, and all visitors.

Note: Vehicle height clearance after the first level is 6 feet 11 inches.

East Ramp: Located on the East side of the hospital off of 65th Street.

Important: Parking in non-hospital areas, including adjacent surface lots like the Southdale Medical Building, may result in your vehicle being towed.

Valet Parking: Available from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Attendants are stationed at Door 2 at the Skyway Lobby entrance, located off of 65th Street.
