Please note: Minnesota law provides minors 12 and older the right to control the release of information related to pregnancy, STDs, physical or sexual abuse, and substance abuse treatment. If your child is between the ages of 12-17, you will be granted partial access to their medical record. For further information on access to your child’s medical records, please discuss with your child’s care team at your next visit.
