For children with heart problems, our dedicated pediatric cardiovascular intensive care unit (PCICU) at M Health Fairview Masonic Children’s Hospital provides specialized critical care for our pediatric heart patients. We support M Health Fairview’s renowned Pediatric Heart Center, Minnesota’s top destination for children’s heart care. Our specialized cardiac critical care support is one key reason our heart program – which offers the complete range of children’s heart procedures and surgeries, including transplant – has some of the best outcomes in the country.

M Health Fairview Masonic Children’s Hospital also offers interhospital critical care pediatric transport. Our teams are trained and prepared to act quickly and safely to ensure the best outcomes possible, resulting in the safest and most effective way to manage transfer for patients.
